I bought this bike with a few specifications so I calle the manufacturer directly & they took care of all my concerns/needs. The bike came very quickly though it did have a few scratches on the frame (luckily my FIL is a pin striper & can fix the blemishes). Normally I probably would have sent back but since I have the resources to fix myself I wasnt worried about it. I assume it happened in the shipping process as they were very responsive to other issues with the seat prior to shipping, and I am sure would have diligently taken care of the blemish issue had I chosen that route. The best part of the experience is all the follow up "extras" that they email you! They go above and beyond in customer service, even looking up your local bike trails & mapping out adventures for you to take! All in all it has been and continues to be a wonderful experience & I am happy we purchased with them. The bike is beautiful!!!!
